Online Lessons: Organized by topic, there are eight lessons that are intended to supplement classroom activity in Religion 261. The lessons are: (1) Gather Information, (2) Personal Ancestral File (PAF), (3) FamilySearch.org, (4) GEDCOMs, (5) Research, (6) Family History Centers, (7) TempleReady and (8) Sharing. Select which lesson you want to take from either the Lessons submenu (directly below the Navigation Bar) or from the lesson descriptions , follow all the instructions, and complete the assignment(s) at the end of each lesson. Printable Lessons: This option is where you can obtain printable versions of each of the online lessons. Each lesson is in it's own pdf for quick reference. Simply select which lesson you would like to print, click on it's link and use the print feature in your Adobe Acrobat Reader. Teaching Outlines: This option is primarily for instructors of Religion 261 and other family history classes using these online lessons. There is an Adobe pdf of each lesson in outline form. These are the outlines used by the teaching assistants at Brigham Young University in their Religion 261 supplemental computer workshops.
